Flower Arrangement has always been my interest since I was young. I believe it is a gift from God and it helps light up a person’s life. When CakeBall was first introduced to me by my dearest sister and best friend Chris, it gave me the same feeling that the silent and beauty of each unique handmade CakeBall by itself, would be able to make the world around us smile.
Since then, LC CakeBall Shoppe was created as a continuation of an artistic expression …. this time with cake instead of flowers. We began making CakeBalls for family and friends, and soon develop our flavor combinations. The word spread. Orders began piling up. With support from family and friends, this small business is getting bigger by the bite. And yet, every mouth-watering CakeBall is still lovingly made by hand.
My ideal CakeBall is one that is modern, yet simple and sophisticated in appearance. I enjoy decorating and making sure each CakeBall is beautifully and artistically complete.
What I love the most about this business is that the moment we turn over an order to a customer and see their faces light up when they try our CakeBalls for the first time. It is like “Love at first bite”!
What we have been able to accomplish so quickly still amazes me to this day. I give all glory to God.
